ADMIN RESETS ALL OF RIVERSIDE and WEST POINT. Loot in containers you made, and any other construction will be reset. Build in rural areas, or other towns. Admin also selectively resets other (non-safehouse) areas of the map, and fixes up and respawns cars around the world to keep things fresh without disrupting all safehouses and factions.
