EXCEPT AT DESIGNATED RAID BASES WITH THE DOME OVER THEM. NO STEALING. NO LOOTING SLEEPING or DEAD PLAYERS. NO LOOTING UNSECURED BASES. An absolute ton of excellent changes like no decay on repaired weapons. no decay/damage to armor. Triple backpacks (and they don't wipe!) and increased stack sizes. A metric ton of very cool XP to help in all aspects of gameplay. This is a PVE server. NEW and EXPERIENCED are WELCOME!!
